Cancellations:
- Cancellation requests will only be considered within 2 days of placing the order, provided the access to the product/service has not been activated or delivered.
- Once access has been granted (e.g., indicator shared, webinar link sent, or course content delivered), no cancellation will be accepted.
Refunds:
- Refunds may be approved only under genuine and acceptable conditions, such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Access issue not resolved after repeated support
- Wrong plan or service booked and brought to notice within 2 days
- Refunds will not be entertained for reasons like:
- Change of mind
- Lack of knowledge to use the tools
- Unrealistic expectations of returns or profits
Refund Process:
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days via UPI or the original payment method.
- Clients must provide valid UPI details for processing the refund.
