The Program is designed exclusively for educational purposes, focusing on enhancing trading skills and market understanding. The Company does not guarantee profits, income, or specific trading results. Trading involves risks, and past performance does not ensure future success.
Independent Trading Decisions:
Participants are solely responsible for their trading decisions. The Company provides guidance, strategies, and tools during the Program but is not liable for any trading outcomes or financial losses.
No Financial Advice:
The Program, tools, and content provided are for educational use only and should not be construed as financial, investment, or trading advice. Participants are encouraged to consult professional financial advisors before making trading decisions.
Intellectual Property:
All materials shared during the Program, including indicators, presentations, videos, and course content, are the intellectual property of Market Maker Setup. Participants may not copy, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.
Subscription and Participation:
Program registration is non-transferable. Sharing of login details, course materials, or access links with non-participants is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal without refund.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be granted under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Company. Requests must be made prior to the Program start date. Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days via UPI or other applicable methods.
Modification of Terms:
The Company reserves the right to amend the Program structure, content, or Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants are responsible for staying updated on any changes.
Program Conduct:
- Participants must maintain professionalism during live sessions and community interactions.
- Sharing screenshots, videos, or any course content in public forums or with non-participants is prohibited.
- Violation of rules may lead to termination of access without refund.
Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the Program will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu.
